Hello everyone, this petition is to raise the topic that's been every Assam ST student's concern for the past few months. So the topic is ''The Post Matric Scholarship to ST students, Assam". The scholarship has been given to the renewal students but still is pending for freshers of ST assam. And on top of that the scholarship was applied on 2020. Aren't the scholarships supposed to be provided after a year and should be credited before the beginning of the new semester so that students can pay for their admission??? 

The majority of us students belong to the middle-class family and waits eagerly for the scholarship money to meet their respective needs like bills to pay, admissions for themselves, medical fees, and vice versa. 

I don't have any idea who is the concerned authority regarding Scholarship issues. So, I would like to address this issue to Himanta Biswa Sarma Ranoj Pegu . 

Lastly, I would like to request you to take action regarding this issue at the earliest because we're tired of waiting for the scholarship money as the other states have already received theirs and we the Assam students haven't still not received the amount that was supposed to be received on 2021 (after 1year of applying as per the norms).
