Initially our working schedule allowed us 3 days off. Which is your time to enjoy. At anytime due to operation requirements. The company would ask us to work and be paid at double rate. 
Right now the 3 days have become mandatory with no pay. 
systems are poor yet we are expected to deliver stats.

People have contracts signed years ago but doing a total different job.
