I started this petition with a fellow co-worker who believe very strongly that the pay is unfair and we are one of the lowest paid grocery stores in the region. The company strongly pushes this to be a job you can stay and support your family with, but how is that possible with an insufficient wage? The unfair part of the pay scale I mentioned is when we have new employees coming in making more than myself and others who have been here for 15 years or more. If you believe that food retail employees should be paid a proper wage, please sign this.
