War Reparation to Ukraine

Russian government has been bombing Ukrainian homes, schools, and hospitals since 24 Feb. The $600 billion of Russian Central Bank's money should be given to Ukraine to rebuild what Russia has destroyed.

U.S., Japan, and the European Union have frozen Central Bank of Russian Federation (CBR) from tapping into the billions of foreign reserves Moscow had been saving up in their banks.
