We would like to seek for Pavilion JMB to take into consideration of extending some discount on the maintenance fee in order to ease the burden of the owners. Majority of us have been paying full since the 1st MCO kicks-in in March 2020 (in between the months, the facilities area have been closed for few months). In due to the current pandemic situation in Malaysia, majority of us are badly affected which resulted in some of us might lost a job, unpaid leave, pay cut, redundant and so on. Hope Pavilion JMB will look into this and a little effort & help on extending some discounts on our maintenance fee would help out a lot.
