Parvin and Legacy are roads that are used by residents and school buses to get between the towns of Celina and Prosper. The roads are dirt roads filled with pot holes that cause a lot of damage and wear and tear on vehicles. Due to ever increasing building off of Route 1385, traffic is an increasing issue forcing residents to use Parvin and Legacy. By the signing of this petition, we are asking that the towns of Prosper and Celina both pave their parts of Parvin and Legacy Roads. We are growing too quickly to not improve our infrastructure. We ask that this be addressed immediately and not years down the road.
