There is a blatant abuse of the dv court and family court systems by some women. This not only unfairly discriminates against "good men and fathers" and reduces the validity of any dvo taken, legitimately or otherwise.

Men are scandalized in court, good honest men, that just want to be a father but because the mother has animosity the courts enable her to abuse the courts. Its effecting the kids, and the generations after them with depression, drugs and violence.

I know of too many great fathers being abused in this manner.
Children need fathers and fathers need their children.
It's time for the system to take notice of damage being done by biased decisions.
