Free Mr. Weems 77 year old arrested after defending himself against his 20 year old stepson, wife was seen by eyewitness and caught on video surveillance leaving the crime scene with a gun in her hand while CPR was being done on her son laying dead in the driveway and others by his side including Mr. Weems, she should be in jail NOT him! Charges should be dropped and let the frail old man go, if your a gun owner this should really concern you especially in Paulding Co. Ga. I own this video surveillance and give the Sheriffs office a copy and Mr. Weems Attorney, if you would like to see the 2 portions of the video you can visit my Face Book Page Angel Franks February 2020, Please share the post while your there, it clearly shows his wife getting in the car after the shooting and she gets back out when someone says something to her and she runs inside to get what I assume is other illegal items that her son had in the home that he should not have had, nor should he had still been living there with his girlfriend causing trouble in the first place. Mr. Weems should be considered a hero, had he not stopped him, there is no telling how many people could have been shot, including Law Enforcement! I can understand the initial arrest with all the lies and tampering with evidence that took place by the wife and other members of the family, but after seeing the video surveillance I have, there is no excuse for him to be in jail!
