Castle Court Shopping Centre (Belfast) Stop hosting Sea Spa Skin Care Collection.

Castle Court Shopping Centre (Belfast) Stop hosting Sea Spa Skin Care Collection that sells Israeli Dead Sea products which are stolen from occupied Palestinian territory.

I call upon Castle Court Shopping Centre to respect the ethical and moral values of your customers and respect human rights by ceasing to host Sea Spa Skin Care Collection that sell Dead Sea products stolen from Palestinian territory.

Castle Court Shopping Centre hosts two Sea Spa Skin Care Collection stalls that sell Israeli Dead Sea products which are stolen from occupied Palestinian territory.  Dead Sea product manufacturing promotes the occupation and illegal colonisation of Palestinian territory by bolstering Israel’s illegal colonies and the Israeli economy in general.

The manufacturing of Dead Sea products provides an incentive for Israel to continue occupying and illegally colonising Palestinian territory.

Sea Spa Skin Care Collection breaks International Law, specifically the Fourth Geneva Convention (art 49, p. 6) which prohibits the transfer by occupying powers of their own civilians to the territories occupied. Thus Israel’s establishment of the Jewish only colonies in the Occupied Palestinian Territories is a clear-cut violation of International Law.

Human Rights Violations

In addition to the illegal settlements, the Israeli government continuously violates United Nations resolutions and International Humanitarian Law regarding the rights of the native peoples of historic Palestine.  Palestinian Christians and Muslims living inside Israel are treated as second class citizens without the same rights or benefits as Jewish Israelis. Israel maintains an air, sea, and land blockade of Palestine’s Gaza strip, so severe the United Nations has said Gaza may be uninhabitable by 2020. Palestinian refugees have not been allowed to return to their homes and lands as required by U.N. Resolution 194.
