I believe that I am an employee of a very reputated company but I don't know why the cab drivers of my company and the transport team of my company treats us like a labour class. And am not the only one who's facing the same issue. Take a survey and you will come to know.
I love my work and like to spend my most of the time at office. But when I logout at 3:15am I expect a very good sleep after reaching home with a relaxing mood. But this never happens. I will have to listen from my driver everyday for routing which is not my job.
I want to bring one of such incidents which happened with me today 7th Nov 2017.
It was my logout time. I received a call from transport & +919916262696 which happens to be Naveen's number from transport. Person called me to inform that my route number has been changed. Since I had this situation earlier I asked him very clearly whether he has informed the driver or not because driver speaks only Kannada which I can understand a bit but can't speak. Person confirms me that he has informed the driver and I will get door drop.
Now there was another situation that same had been informed to others as well. So finally in 15seater TT we were 16 people sitting which security also didn't notice. Fine we all work together we had to understand each other's problems as well so we managed somehow.
After dropping each and every one when it comes to my drop driver denied. I called the same number from which I received the call to ask what is this happening and handle the situation. He kept on telling me that the supervisor will talk to driver. But driver didn't receive any call and later the same number on which I was talking with also went switch off.
Now the driver started driving on the opposite direction from my home and refused to drop me. I had no other option but to get down from the cab.
Early in the morning 4:30am am booking a cab from R. T. Nagar bus stand to my home which is more than 2km distance with no human activity around. And my only concern was that I had to deposit 50k in my bank account and unfortunately the bank was closed and I couldn't. I was carrying 50k along with me same day.
My question is if something would have happened to me then who would have taken the blame ? Who would answer my parents for this? My company, Transport department, Driver or the person who called me?
I really need your support to solve this problem. Because it's not just my problem. It's everyone's.
