Patrick Welch did not rob me.

I have done a Non- Prosecution affidavit and turned it in to the DA'S office, more than one actually.  I have walked in there and looked at the DA in his face and told him that Patrick Welch did not rob me.  I have stood outside the courthouse for signs saying the Patrick Welch did not rob me.  I consider him my spouse and my family have been suffering for over 7 months now financially and emotionall, in many ways over charges that are false.  I have lost a lot of things that we have worked hard for because of this it's actually Smith County that is now robbing me.  And it seems as though there is nothing I can do about it, I need someone to help me So I can start putting my family back together.  What Smith County is doing is wrong and it is not any kind of Justice
