I am writing on behalf of my brother Isaac Chawasarira, who is being detained at Morton Hall Immigration centre, waiting to be deported because he cant prove to be gay. I am his oldest big brother Tichaona, as we are only three boys in our family. My second brother fungai settled in New Zealand, Isaac and I, live together with our mother and her partner here in Wolverhampton.
My brother Isaac was detained on Friday which came as a surprise as he was still waiting to hear the outcome from the court, as to find out that, the answer had been sent out to a wrong address after enquiring. my brother came in uk 2012, I fear my brother's life, for him to be sent back to Zimbabwe, there is no other friends or family in Zimbabwe that he could stay with, my father went missing during MDC and ZANU PF war in 2008, still now my father not being found. It will be devastating, as it will break my heart, the family spirit and also breaks my little daughter heart too, as she adores my brother. I read Zimbabwe news on internet whenever I can to make sure one day I might read about my father, it's sickening what is happening in Zimbabwe and am afraid I will lose my brother if he sent back to Zimbabwe.
Its only few months left for Christmas, it won`t be a fantastic Christmas without my brother, and it will a stressful one, thinking of the situation, my brother will be facing in Zimbabwe,he has been attacked in Zimbabwe before coming to UK. My brother is the best friend I have and the only uncle to my daughter. My brother is the only sibling I have here in United Kingdom, My life is a blessing to have my family, mother and my brother here.

Homosexuality is illegal in zimbabwe, my brother is scared he’ll be killed if he’s sent back.
