Support Marriage Equality in the Australian Parliament

I'm a gay constituent in the electorate of Charlton. I've been with my partner for three years. We're in love and we are accepted by our families and our communities as a couple.
Unfortunately, relationships like ours still aren't legally recognised through marriage.
It's important that Mr Conroy use his vote in the Lower House to support marriage equality in any upcoming vote in the Parliament.
More than 70% of Australians are now in favour of marriage equality. It's time to legally recognise all relationships equally.
It's particularly disappointing to me that Australia lags so far behind the rest of the world. There are now 19 countries and many U.S. states that recognise same-sex marriage. Since my partner is a U.S. citizen we could be legally married in the U.S., but not in Australia. It's time for Australia to catch up with the rest of the world.
