Please kindly help support this petition asking Pastor E.M.F Oshoffa to dissolve the Board of Trustee's members of the Celestial Church of Christ inline with session 144 of the Constitution of CCC. " Members of the Board shall be appointed in writing at the sole discretion of the Pastor and shall continue in office until their appointment is revoked in writing by the Pastor" 

Session 158 and session 183 of the Church Constitution empower the Pastor In-Council with the final directive on all matters relating to the Diocese. The Pastor's In-Council have voted in support of the dissolution of the BOT during the Saturday May 1st Meeting.

The continuous power tussle shows that the present BOT are only interested in solidifying their political powers to remain as dictators to the Pastor who is their Chairman and against the interest and progress of the Church. 

Their continuous position as BOT members will not serve the interest of the Church in anyway, rather will lead the Church into more divisions than we are already have. 

One of the evidences encouraging rebellious shepherds against the siting Pastor was the letter written by Professor Bola Akinteruwa on the 25th of March 2021 to encourage the former HOD of CCC U.S Diocese to remain in office despite the Pastor's authority for his removal due to his Insurbodination. 

The Pastor was appointed by the Pastor In-Council resolution and not the Board of Trustee's, therefore the highest decision making body of the Church is the Pastor's In-Council and not the BOT inline with Celestial Church of Christ Constitution March 29th 1980!
