Passport Seva Kendra 2 located next to Outer Ring Road near Sakra World Hospital is just too small and cannot cope with the rush even with normal appointments. There is no sufficient space to stand and the queue does not move due to slower processing and insufficient counters. We need more efficient process as well to make the whole experience of passport renewal a pleasant experience
