Based on standard terms & conditions if the flight has been cancelled, the customer is eligible for full refund of the ticket amount. However most airlines are not following this during the pandemic Covid19 situation and instead of offering refund they are offering credit voucher which is valid for limited time and is basically forcing the customer to travel in future date. This behaviour is not acceptable and is against the law. We want full refund because that’s our right, in my situation I have contacted the agent and the airlines (Etihad) multiple times but they are not offering refund for the flight which got cancelled.
