Acts 17:30: And the times of this ignorance God winked at: but now commandeth all men every where to repent:
To be under the command to serve your country and then to be raped and or harassed plus humiliated without justice is a crime within its own. Keeping these types of issues quiet is an uproar waiting to happen. How many personnel are suffering from no justice either retired or active in duty?
To many victims do not report the crimes against them due to knowledge of receiving no justice only backlash.
Teresa Young started this petition Rep Patrick Murphy and 5 others. Teresa knows the Sexual Trauma can lead to suicide and mental health issues. The Military Justice Improvement Act needs to effective and those whom have committed crimes need to held accountable for their wrong doings. You will do this to an foreign enemy why do this to protect the U.S. Military soldiers from they're own command.
sign and support for the victims so no one in the Military will feel they do not have a voice to be heard.

My father was in the Navy, and many of my relatives are in the military. The sexual assaults happening in the military are a disgrace and a blot on all of our hard-working self-sacrificing service people. It is time to ensure that serial rapists and predators are removed from the military and this behavior is no longer tolerated.

Those statistics are typical of structures that have an authoritarian power dynamic. Silence literally equals survival (but not surviving happily). At Michigan State, in the 90s, I was one of several students that MSU silenced from making dorm safety complaints with the threat of outing me as gay. What happened was never addressed or corrected. Would you please also sign/share my petition? https://www.change.org/p/msu-still-ignores-its-past-abuse-of-gay-students-has-made-no-real-change-endtheabusemsu
