Pass Nosey's Law: A BAN ON ALL CIRCUS ANIMALS

The use of circus animals is a cruel practice. It is archaic and the byproduct of an age where mankind was more ignorant. An age that displayed pygmy man and people with disabilities as a roadside attraction.
Animals are often chained up and probed with electricity in order to train them. They spend their entire lives abused and locked in a cage. But times are changing, more than 20 countries now have a complete ban on circus animals.
The United States is not one of those countries. But that can all change. Recently New Jersey passed bill S2508, also known as Nosey's Law in honor of a circus elephant that was rescued after an untold amount of abuses. The ban would enact a state-wide ban on ALL CIRCUS ANIMAL.
With your help, New Jersey can become the first state to have a complete ban on circus animal. While other states have laws in place they don't cover all circus animals. The bill has already passed the Senate and the general assembly. The only thing left is for the governor to sign it.
This petition will be sent to:
New Jersey Governor
Governor-Elect of New Jersey
With your help, we can pass the first state-wide circus animal ban.
