Nebraska Legislative Bill 890, which was proposed on January 7, 2022, would increase state aid to a multitude of schools across the state and lower property taxes in many areas. This would benefit not only thousands of students across the state, but also their bright futures. As of April 20, 2022, this bill was indefinitely postponed by the legislature.
