Government started Make In India as an aim to encourage young talent to come out of shadow. Even provided loans and all. But what is ground reality ?

Purpose of this petition is to allow Amol Yadav to make his dream and first innovative Make In India project to become a reality. Now this is not his personal issue, it is in our hand to make his dream come true.

Amol Yadav, this man created 19 seater air craft all by himself on rooftop of his home. He applied for permission for flying as an experiment in 2011. In 2014 it was rejected with no explanation. After starting of Make In India, he displayed his project in the programme. It got lots of praise from Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadanwis. He wrote a letter to PM after knowing dull response of DGCA to this talented man's application. PMO put their efforts to it and worked with DGCA (Regulatory body under Ministry of Civil Aviation) to help this man come out of this mess.

In reply to this, DGCA changed the rule in August 28,2017 regarding aviation which was clearly restricting anyone other than company to allow for flying. So now this frustrated man tries to register his dream project to US which can approve this all paper work within a month(rather than 6 years of India which includes 3.5 years after Make In India).

If this happens, its really a big threat to Make In India dream. Even government wants then why this Regulatory body is becoming a hurdle ? They may have their rules, but without experiment creativity can not come out. That's a truth.

You can read this young man's struggle and DGCA's reaction in this ET's article. Please share this as much as you can.
