The consultants of Partylite demand that Partylite change their response when unable to fulfill items that have been placed for purchase.  We demand that any order not able to be fulfilled within 3-5 days be automatically treated as a cancelled order.  Per back of our order form it states, "Notice of Cancellation. You many CANCEL this transaction, without any penalty or obligation, with THREE (3) business days from ___ (enter the date of contract) If you cancel, any payments made or gift certificate, credits or coupons redeemed by you will be returned to you within ten (10) business days following receipt by your consultant, the seller , of this notice of cancellation."

We demand that like many other businesses, orders oversold not affect party sales or consultant accounts as that is the responsibility of Partylite to be in control of all inventory measures.  We demand that all oversold items be treated like cancellations automatically to prevent any confusion for the customer or the consultant.  We demand that Partylite recognize that current policies are outdated & customers should not be expected to wait or be charged at a later time for their inventory control mistakes.
