The 4 minutes that have been stripped away from students, without warning, is outrageous. These first 4 minutes are crucial to students getting to school on time. I live not even 5 minutes down the road and cannot  leave my house at 7:30 anymore and without being late to school. Other states are extending time in the morning students have to get to school, when Parsippany is shortening the time.
