So many people are sitting in prison for years, and half of them were sent in at a young age. The parole board is flopping people left and right without a fair chance. Sitting in there for 10, 15, 20 years is enough time for justice to be served in some cases. These people deserve a second chance at a better life. The mental and emotional strain that being in prison for so many years is horrible. I'd like to see some people who have been locked up since they were 21 and younger deserve a fair chance at freedom. Just give them a chance to prove that they have changed.
