I’m starting this petition for the community members of Mouthcard KY to keep a murderer behind bars Jimmy Wolford killed Patricia Miller September 29th 1998 by pouring gasoline on her an setting her on fire she lived on life support in excruciating pain until December 27th 1998 where her family decided to stop life support and let her go. In The event of her death Jimmy was given a 40 year sentence. He came up for parole after a new law was put into effect that an inmate was legally given the right to come up for parole after serving 50% of their sentence. Her daughter went to the parole board in Frankfort to stand up for her mother and stop him. They voted to defer him for 5 more years. Jimmy will come up again for parole in October 2023 . This petition is for members of the community to sign an help keep this man in prison . We live in a small town community the family will be forced to see this man everywhere they go . I’m asking everyone to please help me an sign this petition to KEEP him in prison as long as possible.
