Ronniesha Morgan started this petition to Parole Block Program

Kyle was introduced to Angela Gillis by his therapist and just a few short days later he moved Angela and her 4 year old daughter Hope into his home.  She was working and he was not so he babysat for her.  Shortly she began missing work and going in late and was fired. After that he called me and said she wouldn’t do anything; help around the house, take care of her daughter, nothing.  He also said she was acting really strange, losing her temper and throwing tantrums.  She had moved in just before Thanksgiving and this was just a few days before Christmas.  He told me the relationship wasn.t going to work but he wanted her to stay until after Christmas so Hope could have a decent Christmas.  For some reason he told her the plan and she became very angry and they had a big fight.  She moved out and had him arrested andhad him charged with assault, although he claimed she lied about the assault.

Afterward she went to Warsaw , MO to stay with her grandmother.  A couple days later she met Richard Duckworth and Scott Abel who were living with Abel’s girlfriend and hermother and invited her to move in with them.  She began telling them Kyle had been abusing her and Hope and she wanted him punished. After a couple meetings she said she wanted him killed.  These discussions took place in front of Hope and a friend of Angelas.  She took them to Kyle’s house where Duckworth shot Kyle through the front door window killing him instantly.

When the article came out in the paper that his body had been discovered, the friend knew who was responsible and notified the police. She had been told they had chickened out.  They were all three arrested in California where they had fled.

Thank you for taking the time to read and sign our petition. Kyle deserves Justice and we do too!
