This is to request that Putin be formally declared "persona non grata" by the parliaments of every country in the world.

As in many wars, some "good guys" are not so good. But here it is Putin who has started this “preventive” war and now (and first) we must stop him. There will be time to criticize the "good guys". If we do not stand up to Putin now, he will continue with more aggression and a devastating third world war could start.

The "preventive" wars and invasions previously initiated by some of the “good guys" that could be analogous to this Putin's war, for having been initiated only as a response to theoretical and subjective provocations or risks (without having been previously attacked, as for example happened in Iraq), cannot be an argument now to justify Putin. Because any other country that wants to invade its neighbor for the same reasons would then be justified.

This is an international petition for the parliaments of each country to formally declare Putin "persona non grata". Whether or not this petition is heeded, the more millions of signatories we get, the better we will send Putin a message of citizen rejection on a global level. He has to know that the overwhelming majority of people of the world, personally, not only does not support him, but reproves him.
