There are a greater number of children today that have been abandoned by their fathers and are taken care of by mothers single handedly. Many of this mothers are toiling each day under the watch of fathers who are somewhere taking care of other children whom he is married to their mother officially. This is causing single mothers and their children alot of depression because they can not afford to raise on their own House rent, school fees and food to eat.Weneed parliament of Uganda to pass a law that binds absent fathers to child support wholly because it is a responsibility for both parents not mothers alone.
