I wish to change ,our electoral voting age to 16. This is because the decisions political parties and people in power make, will concern partly our future maybe in only 5 years ,so therefore we should have our own say in our own future . We believe we should have the right to vote for any political party. We should be allowed to let another politician/ political party (with our vote )help us build a better and brighter future for Britain . If we have to do Stressful exams (GCSES , A-Levels ) and we can pass our driving tests by the age of 17 , why shouldn’t we be allowed to choose who we vote for ? This petition will guide us to a pathway to deal with matters concerning young adults and people . I.e mental health , university, colleges, apprenticeships , jobs etc. As a young 16 year old boy going through adolescence, I believe that I should have an opinion as to who I believe is following the right leadership principles and I believe I should be allowed to voice my opinion further take it to the extra mile take the issue to parliament , because I want my future based around me. I want myself and my fellow young adolescent 16 year old people to have a right to voice their opinion about their future . So help this be a pressure group to all governments central and local , and sign the petition with your help we can get this issue to parliament and make our voices, thoughts and feelings heard .
