Mr. Deitman unethically and publicly terminated Mrs. Kimberly Roman on November 6, 2019 as our crossing guard on the corner of E. Blossom and E. Elbon for a personality conflict that disregarded her job duties. This has been an on going conflict for a few years. Prior to Mr. Deitman’s wrongfully termination of Mrs. Roman, members of the police station and council members were fully and utterly against his decision. The termination of Mrs. Roman was done in a retaliation action.
