Hi, I am a resident in the borough of Hounslow and I recently completed sale on a new build property.

I was told by the developer that the property comes with no parking bay and that I cannot buy a permit. 

I am having to pay for parking everyday which is ridiculous.

I have contracted the developers customer services who advised me to go to Hounslow Housing which I did recently.

Hounslow Housing said they no longer deal with parking permits and to contact Serco which I have done already.

Serco told me I cannot apply for a parking permit and referred me to the local authority or developer.

I find this absolutely unfair that a minority of people in this country are not allowed to buy a parking permit because their local authority want to make money from us.

So please sign my petition whether or not you have a parking permit as I think you will agree this is unfair.
