There has been ongoing problems in the parkeast parking garage. These problems include break-ins, slashing of tires, assault, accidents, etc. There are not cameras on all the floors of the parking garage and we are not able to see any camera footage from parkeast if there is an incident. I believe with all the incidents that have already happened, cameras should and need to be installed in order to make the parking garage safer for residents and to prevent people from continuing to break-in and damage residents property. In addition to the safety concern, the gates have not yet been fixed at the second dog park leaving room for someone to easily hop the silver fence and damage residents property or get into the building.
