Over the last six months, The Pop-Up Shoppes has curated six local small business markets here at Park & Paseo. What's unique about our markets is that many of our participating vendors are also residents here which serves as a fantastic way for residents to get to know their community and get the opportunity to follow their dream and build their businesses during these challenging times. Hosting small business markets is such a great way to help build our local economy and communities' small businesses while highlighting our beautiful community park and allowing residents to enjoy an immersive shopping experience. We've even had the pleasure of welcoming mayor Farrah of Irvine to our markets as well as helping sign several new residents to the community after they visited one of our markets!  We feel confident that we have become an integral part of making Park & Paseo feel more and more like a community which in-turn leads to long-term happy residents. We value our relationship with Greystar which is why we require and collect Seller's Permits and Food Handlers certificates from each vendor that will be vending with us and have event insurance. So many residents have truly fallen in love with these fun, safe, outdoor events and look forward to supporting their family, friends and community. We are passionate about helping our local small businesses and we would greatly appreciate the opportunity to continue to host markets here at Park & Paseo.
