Matrix is proven, familiar and allows us to easily serve our clients professionally now.  A simple MLS system that makes our jobs easier supports our success as Brokers & Agents.  

Matrix wasn't broken & did not need to be fixed or replaced.  Our very valuable time is much more effectively spent serving our clients, being with our families & enjoying life.

Spending that valuable time trying to learn a new MLS(when the one we know well wasn't broken), has added much needless stress & frustration to our careers.

Many of us have been through all of the MLS changes  since we used books.  This change has no close second regarding the required time commitment and frustration levels.

The touted 'potential' payoff regarding these new bells and whistles falls well below any reasonable cost v. benefit to us. We do not feel the need to be on the cutting edge of MLS technology that is still working out the kinks.  This is a heavy burden rather than an asset.

As such, we, as the customers who are paying for our MLS, wish to make it clear that we would like Matrix to be reinstated ASAP.  

We absolutely appreciate all of your efforts on the MLS committee and on the BOD of the Park City Board of Realtors.  We sincerely thank you for 'all' of your service including your prompt actions to reinstate Matrix.
