The judge in Mary Schaffers custody case granted her murderer unsupervised visits with Mary's children despite a long history of domestic violence and documented threats against Mary's life. Without this judges decision to embolden her abuser Mary might still be alive today. We are asking for this judge to be removed and charged with manslaughter. We further ask that any custody judges decisions that resulted in murder or great bodily harm of a person involved in the custody case be immediately removed from the position they hold as a judge and be charged appropriately by a court of law.
