We want to make change within the organization. The kids deserve so much more than what has been done over the last few years ranging from no homecomings in the last two years, pictures, no banquets this year for them, and safety issues within the equipment they have. There is so much more that can be done to help them, and it seems as if nothing is being done from fundraisers. Rumor has it there was no insurance purchased for the kids due to the kids playing at the high school field last year and have board notes to prove it wasn't purchased. There have been no incident reports filed in the last 2 years for kids getting injured practice or games.  We want something done. Currently kids are going to other counties to play and many refuse to put their kids in Lil' Jacks football or cheer because of things happening with this one certain person.  She has positioned herself among the leader of the board again this year without an end of year election and stacked the deck to get what she wants with her friends either in voting positions or making decisions. Her husband is a voting member. We want change and want these kids to have so much better of an experience in this organization and getting things going again. Please sign your name if you agree!!
