Cbse bahrain parents started this petition to Indian school Bahrain (IsB) and

It's time to stand together for the mental wellbeing of our children and on the issues we face. We all agree that every child deserves a break and an opportunity to be carefree without being constantly worried about the assessments that are about to begin.

Due to the epidemic situation, the schools were closed which led to examination not being conducted on dates it was suppose to be scheduled. Therefore, its a petition to all CBSE schools in Bahrain together with MOE Bahrain to not further postpone but cancel and promote students based on formative and previous examination average.

Students have already been giving formative examination in CBSE middle east schools. They are constantly pressurized to work for regular formative assessments.

Even during summer vacation (July August) which falls mid terms unlike anywhere else they have to prepare themselves for examination that are conducted end of September immediately after school reopens. They are also given homework and assignments to work on during the summer break.

The only break they actually get is these 15 days after final assessment before new academic year starts without worrying about some homework or assessment.

These breaks and holidays will prove as energy boosters for the students and teachers, and allow them to spend quality time with family and friends.

But unfortunately on this occasion the schools are planning to burden the students with assessment and immediately start the new academic year.

By signing we support the petitions to promote CBSE bahrain students grade kg to VIII on the basis of their previous term examination and regular formatives conducted.
