There is a need to put a board in place so the work load and decisions can be shared among a group of volunteers and not fall onto a single person. The responsibilities have been passed around over the past few years causing inconsistencies from year-to-year; including rules, team assignments, concessions, practice scheduling, etc. By putting a board into place it will allow the soccer association to be ran in a consistent manner in both Monroe and Prairie City for years to come.
