Let’s urge Superintendent Woell and the Benjamin District 25 Board of Education to remain on the right side of the law, and free our children from forced mask wearing. 

Per a recent ruling, it is ordered that:
THE IDPH RULES exacted on 9/17/21 690.10, 690.361(D), 690.1385 of Title 77 of the Illinois Administrative Code is deemed null and void. 
ISBE EMERGENCY RULE enacted on 9/17/21 PART 6, Mandatory Vaccinations for School Personnel is deemed null and void.
