This petition is an effort to encourage our school board to listen to the information Dr. Stock provided to the Mt. Vernon School Board. 
The solution to our problem is to allow individuals to choose what is best for them and their circumstances.

I’m terrified our children will be subject to another year of mask wearing, an effort with good intentions but little evidence to prove it’s efficacy.  I’m terrified our children will be at home, lonely, learning on a screen, compromising their mental health and being exposed to conditions and situations less than ideal due to the extra family stress. 
I’m terrified our kids will be used as political pawns in a fight that has no end in sight. 
Please consider signing this petition to show our School board we want the parents right to choose. I would be willing to sign a waiver if deemed necessary.
