Sign this petition to get  the management of GIU,(i.e Rev and Dr Yim) to recognise both parents and teachers as major stakeholders in the effective management of the school. 

The management of the school has since its inception been unilaterally been taking decisions without recourse to parents and other stakeholders of the school. Several attempts by individual parents to get the principal and the husband to appreciate and respect the contribution and stake parents and teachers play in the growth of the school has fallen on death ears. School fees are increased abnormally without any proper notice. School calendar changed capriciously with little or no notice or recourse to the impact it may on parents and thier wards. Teachers and staff are put on yearly fixed contracts and made to sign a new one every year.  There isnt any Welfare  any place. This has led to a high staff turnover. 

The PTA just exist in name only. Meetings are held only at the request of school management and there is absolutely no support from the school to help make the PTA functional.But only call on us when they need our help. I.e purchase of computers for the school lab.
