My husband and children used to live in Colorado where cps was involved in our lives because of FALSE ACCUSATIONS they falsified documents and lied in there documents saying my husband and I abused our children and called our children "lil fuckers" which is not true my husband and I have never abused our kids and we have never called our children out of there name, my husband used to be a drug addict 4 but has been clean for 4 years since he was shot over drugs. Well fast forward to 2020 we moved into a homeless shelter in Colorado while our case was still going on well we decided to move up to Nebraska March of 2020 our case in Colorado followed up here to Nebraska. We get to my mother in laws house we jump through all of there hoops Wich includes wearing drug patches mind you I DO NOT HAVE A DRUG HISTORY and my husband whom is 4 years clean well all our patches came back clean we finished there fct and there family support stuff and in home therapy ect they close the case. Fast forward to November 2021new years 2022 my daughter's school calls dhhs because we vape and my daughter went to school and said " when I get older I want to vape and I like the banana flavor" mind you she does not vape Because she is only 5 years old but she can smell the vapor from the vape. Well dhhs came back into our lives they wanted us to get our children into therapy we did that, then they asked me to get into therapy, so I got into therapy, they wanted us to have a in home therapist to come in so we agreed to that they wanted a family support worker to come into our home we followed through with that and the first family support worker we had did not communicate with us hardly showed up and didn't do her job so we told our caseworker and she put in a request for another family support worker, fast forward to last week my husband and I had to go testifie against some one involved in my husbands case when he got shot in Colorado so we had our son with us and our daughter stayed with her friend due to her not doing good with long car rides and her being ADHD so she stayed with my friend/her friend them, while we are in Colorado with out our knowledge dhhs and the juvenile judge have already prepared and filed for our children to get removed. Saturday the 2nd we get home everything is just fine we are happy to be home, Monday we send our kids to school abiding by the law, well Monday afternoon I took my mom to the doctor and my husband is at home I get a call from my husband to "COME HOME NOW" BECAUSE dhhs are at our house our safe place because they are takeing our children "because we refused to do there drug patches" due to the fact we don't do drugs, just because we have had old friends that have done drugs and have had there children taken away " we are guilty by association" mind you we refused the drug patches but voulnteerly submitted a hair follicle test for our kids and the only thing they test positive for was the strain of weed that is in delta 8/ CBD witch can be sold in the smoke/vape shops up here witch mind you again that I don't smoke weed or delta 8 or CBD nor do I ingest it my husband smokes but when he smokes our CHILDREN ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE ROOM and after he is done smoking he opens up the window and he turns on the fan, well knowing that we told our dhhs worker that and she said " we can't determine what percentage that is of residual from the air or the thc getting on pillows or what not" my question is what grounds do they have takeing our kids we don't do drugs, we don't abuse our children we don't neglect them ECT I will fight for my children tooth and nail I will have my voice be heard I WILL NOT BE SILENCED and THEY WILL NOT WALK ALL OVER US and take advantage of us like they take advantage and munipulate everyone else, this is our chance as parents/ grandparents/ aunt's/ uncle's/ ECT to come together to stop there propaganda and the legal kidnapping. So please join me and make our voices be heard. Some of the corruption that dhhs/cps does are falsifying documents, lying, continueing and dragging out there supposed cases, they should not be allowed to go back way back in your history they should have a statue of limitations of how far back they can look into backgrounds of familys. They lie so it's job security, the system has failed several children our children have died or have gotten injured at the hands of the child welfare system. They take kids from family's that don't neglect nor abuse there children but yet they either leave kids with very neglectful/ or abusive parents/ gaurdians or they place our children into foster homes/ group homes that abuse our children and our children end up suffering at the hands of child welfare/ Nebraska dhhs this system has failed our children we can not keep letting them get away with there propaganda.
