State Agencies violates Constitutional rights by

1) Supressing freedom of speech and freedom of religion, violation of the first amendment.

2) Discriminates against children with special needs and does not need a court order to remove children, violation of the 4th Amendment.

3) Violates the 6th Amendment, Right to a fair and speedy trial.

4) Violates Equal protection and due process, violation of the 14th Amendment.

We as parents do not have the right to raise our kids. When opinion takes precedence over laws that is the time for change.

These are the laws they want us to go by now. 

1)You have the right to educate your children as long as it is justified by the government.

2) You have the right to keep your children safe as long as you have a prescription to do so.

3) You have a right to represent yourself as long as you don't fight back.

4) You have a right to parent your children as long as they are not a special needs child.

5) You have a right to visitation as long as you are the biological parent.

6) You are ordered to comply with everything that the government tells you to do, if not you will be punished.

7)You are only to talk to your children with suggested topics.

These are the laws that need to be changed.

No Agency nor Government should have this much power! This is no longer the land of the free, but the land of obedience. I for one will not stand for it. Please give your support, for it can easily happen to you.
