Stop 999 breaches on domestic abuse calls

Stop 999 breaches on domestic abuse calls
When I was abused by my husband last year I had to call 999 to get help for the fear he was going to murder me, as he had punched me in the throat, given me whiplash, shock and bruising to the front of my throat, I phoned 999 and they took ages to come out, I have now got written evidence that this was breached and the police were aware that my 999 times was going to be breached, after he assaulted me he followed me to my mates, trying to start on me again. I am disgusted that the police are breaching their 999 calls and not responding to domestic abuse cases in time, this needs to be changed so all domestic abuse 999 calls are responded to in the emergency this is, may I say my ex is a violent person who has hurt other woman so they know he is dangerous, so please help me get this to parliament to safe the lives of other women. I know nothing can change the past but let other women have the right protection from their partners.
