The principal of our village Kabri  Government Senior Secondary school Ranbir Singh jaglan  (Panipat) is not performing his duty and violated the fundamental right article 14-19-21 of sumit kumar.Refused him to get the L.O.R(like character certificate) for U.S.A admission. Trying to spoil his future forever.So I want every member of my village Gramsabha  and citizen of my country to support sumit kumar  cause and raise voice against principle by signing this petition.So that Our District Panipat administration can understand the need of hour and take required action according to PROCEDURE ESTABLISHED BY LAW.
