there are many ways to pass your time now a days but most of them are only for small kids or adults for example the age limit for the Palmerton park is from around 5 to 13, me myself and have gotten yelled at by parents for being on the equipment although no one actually enforces the rule most of the time it still is frowned upon and so most teenagers dont really feel comfortable to hang out in the park and especially the ones who ride skateboards, I myself ride and a group of friends of mine do as well but there are very few places to go because there's either people that dont even ask us to leave if we are skating and just call the cops on us, or they just come out yelling and starts a situation where tensions can rise and could get out of hand, and that's not just with skaters we've seen it happen to other kids as well even if they arent even doing anything bad. but not only would it provide a pastime for teenagers to be able to do without worrying about getting yelled at or getting the cops called on them, but it is excellent exorcise, and it could draw in many tourists and other skaters that live nearby Palmerton. but not only that but we have found many teens in our high school alone that would love to skate but have stopped because they are afraid to get in trouble so please help us improve the lives of the teens in our little town and help them follow their passion without being afraid to even go out and skate.
