The owner(s) of 27 SEWARD TRL E  are attempting to rezone this 23 acre lot from single family to multi family to build a 178 unit apartment complex.

 We purchased our homes with certainty as to how the property was to be developed and researched how it was zoned. Changing zoning now would lower property values of those properties adjacent.

A Multi-Family development will drastically increase traffic on the roads of the adjacent properties posing a safety risk to those residents and their children.

Statistically, with a population density increase of 178 potential residents in the apartment complex, there is a greater risk of increased crime in close proximity.

 We , the people of Seminole Woods ,oppose the rezoning 27 SEWARD TRL E into a multi family.
