Help Stop Bus Depot on Skees Road & Belvedere

The Palm Beach County School District has plans to develop a transportation facility on 25.39 acres out of the total 55.3 acres of land to be used as the New West Central Transportation Bus Depot.

The facility will host 300 school buses and 450 employee parking spaces.

This bus depot will be on corner of Skees road section of Belvedere going all the way down to two lots prior to Golden Lakes Blvd.

We are opposing the continued development of this project due to the air and noise pollution in a highly residential area. The development of this depot will also directly impact the senior community of Golden Lakes, and the 60 year old non-profit health facility Hippocrates Health Institute which houses thousands of people per year who are faced with major health challenges including cancer.

Please help our community be heard by signing the petition!
