It is time to enter a new season at Paine College. The signing of this petition is one of many detrimental steps towards invoking true change at our beloved HBCU. As student leaders, we understand the true value of accountability, integrity, organization, and structure. Unfortunately, the collective student body has come to the realization that the college lacks severely in these areas. This poor performance is mainly due to the lack of leadership qualities in those who hold vital positions on our campus. 

The student body is starting this journey with student affairs.

 WE the Paine College Community seek the immediate removal of Joseph Dingle Jr as Assistant Dean Of Student Affairs. Due to his lack of leadership, unavailability (never to be found ) favoritism, and lack of knowledge when dealing with student affairs. We have noticed during the time he has been Assistant Dean of Students there has been no change, no programs, and no activities.  The student body also requests that during the new hire process a student government representative must be actively involved in selecting a suitable replacement.

We hope to see change!
