Andrew is the best, and my mom’s and I favorite staff member. He is the first and brightest thing we all see when we walk into school—a school for which we pay $$$ for. Andrew has done multiple favors for me. So I feel like I have to do a favor for him. Let’s talk about how he got fired. I wasn’t there and didn’t know the whole story. But I can only assume that he was acting in self-defense and was protecting us. I can also believe that this homeless man was trespassing. This problem can either end in a lawsuit for wrongful termination and emotional distress. Or can end peacefully with him getting his job back and putting a smile back on my face when I enter school.
