Ty (Ta) W. started this petition to Pennsylvania Governor

Mr. Mitchell Williams was wrongfully convicted in 2009 for armed robbery. At the time of the alleged armed robbery Mr. Willams was not inside the residence where the alleged robbery had taken place. On February 10, 2009 on the stand the "Witness" (Mitchell's ex girlfiends mother) was asked "Now, was Mr. Williams in your home on the night of the alleged robbery?"... She replied "No." The daughter of the witness (the ex girlfriend of Mr. Williams) later confessed via mail (letter) to Mr. Williams in prison that he was set up & her mother was one of the people who set Mr. Williams' up. Post Mr. Williams' conviction he has received many letters & JPay money payments to the prison from the alleged Witness/Victims of the alleged armed robbery since his arrest in 2009 (ask yourself why would any alleged victim of armed robbery send the alleged guilty man letters & money wishing him well & saying how bad they feel that he is on prison)! Moreover, the "Witness" (the mother of his ex-girlfriend) was under the infulence of muscle relaxers (Percocet & Xanax) when she gave her statement to the police detective on the case. The detective on the case was aware that she ("the Witness") was under the influence of combination drugs containing an opioid & still proceeded to question her & typed what was allegedly her statement (she did not write her own statement). The statement was used in the courtroom where the "Witness" stated she did not say certain things that were written in the statement, yet Mr. Williams was still incarcerated with fabricated/false information & no physical evidence.

I am desperately asking that PA District Attorney Krasner & Govenor Tom Wolf please find it in there hearts to personally review this petition & all the information/documentation that has been provided to the District Attorney's Office Conviction Integrity Unit & The Govenor's Office regarding Mr. Williams ... Use your powers to help get him released especially during this horrible corona virus pandemic which makes it an even more crucial time! I/we (Mr. Williams, his children, family & friends) need all the support possible in this fight for Mr. Williams freedom! Mr. Williams deserves to live a happy, healthy life & to no longer have his life wasted in prison! He is facing two profound/acute realities simultaneously ... Which are his Wrongful Conviction & this Coronavirus Pandemic which is beyond difficult to try & protect yourself from when in prison. ***Please help save Mr. Williams' life!!!
